I have pictures from one of the Justin Bieber collections. (I honestly can't believe I now own one. Not a big fan of his but I couldn't pass up the color) The color is called "Me + Blue". It's a beautiful color but the application was thick. It also ate through my topcoat. I asked on the Nicole by OPI facebook page and they said it could be because I used a "3 free" topcoat. Otherwise though the color is amazing.
I love how it sparkles! :)
